Ode to Eichler
For this mid-century modern home, Torbit Studio approached the interiors with a sensitivity to both architectural clarity and contemporary living. Working within the iconic lines of an original Eichler, pieces from multiple eras, vintage, modern were layered in creating a space that feels seamlessly vintage and contemporary.
Rather than adhering strictly to mid-century canon, the design embraces an evolved aesthetic—one that integrates collected objects and modern comforts into a cohesive whole. The result is a home that honors its origins while reflecting the individuality and rhythm of the people who inhabit it.
